About The RoleAbout this opportunitySenior professional Project Manager, responsible for coordinating the delivery of multiple real estate construction projects, including new builds and refurbishments. Kindly provide your CV in English.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Supporting Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectivesActively identifying new business development opportunities and driving growth across the Business Unit’s activities.Positively engaging with customers and developing, growing and maintaining customer relationshipsDelivering high quality services and deliverables ensuring that services meet our Customer’s requirements.Managing teams to deliver high quality services and deliverables in accordance with the business proceduresAdministering contracts as a contract administrator, employer’s agent or project manager.Producing and presenting to customersMentoring and coaching employees so that they realise their full potentialPreparing bids for services.Managing service delivery for profit.Advising directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or may arise, on projects; in particular those that might impact on Gleeds professional indemnity (PI) insurance.Actively identifying new business development opportunities and driving growth across the business units activitiesAs a Gleeds team member, you will have access to:Opportunities to develop and grow your careerEmployee Assistance ProgrammeAbout The CandidateWho we’re looking for:Experience, Knowledge and Key SkillsSound experience managing complex Infrastructure or Civic Projects, ideally - Sports and Leisure Facility projects.Experience in delivering projects of over €250M.Excellent knowledge of national technical requirements applied to the construction sector.Clear understanding of legislation impacting on building contracts.Excellent communication skills - both oral and written.Methodical way of thinking and approach to work.Excellent problem solving, negotiating, financial and numeracy skillsSound ICT skills, with a high proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to work as part of a team and manage teams.Proficiency in Greek and English.Eligible to work in Greece.QualificationsDegree in Building Engineering, Architecture or similar About The CompanyA world of opportunityGleeds is a place to be part of something bigger.
