Job Description

Purpose: Act as the operational backbone of the marketing department — ensuring all campaigns, communications, and creative deliverables are coordinated, tracked, and documented.Key Responsibilities:Create briefs for internal and external creative teams (designers, video editors, agencies).Coordinate PPC and organic creative production (banners, videos, visuals).Oversee press releases, media relations, and TVC implementation logistics.Support in presentations, after-action reports, and budget tracking.Maintain brand consistency across all channels.Manage internal calendars, campaign timelines, and approval flows.Liaise with Compliance to ensure all campaigns, offers, and communications follow regulatory guidelines.Handle invoices and payments related to marketing activities in collaboration with Finance.Manage paperwork and documentation (contracts, NDAs, approvals, HGC submissions, creative archives) to ensure everything is properly filed and up to date.Profile Requirements:2–3 years of marketing coordination or project management experience.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Familiar with digital ad formats (Meta, YouTube, Display).Comfortable using project management and creative tracking tools (Asana)Understanding of compliance and regulatory aspects in a regulated or highly governed industry.Ability to work with numbers and simple offer/margin calculationsStrong attention to detail, especially in handling documents, contracts, and approvals.Clear, professional communication skills in English and Greek.Compensation and Benefits:Competitive salary20 working days of paid vacation per year2 paid sick days per calendar yearPerformance bonusTraining, internal workshops, and opportunities to attend international professional conferences and corporate events
