Such as SNMP and Modbus TCP/IPO or Modbus RTU is a plus Logical and analytical skills in planning designs system topologyProficiency in EnglishJob ResponsibilitiesDesign and Maintenance of Monitoring SystemsInstalling, configuring, testing, and maintaining DCIM softwareManagement of Network and Communication SystemsResponsible for keeping up to date with the product roadmap as well as understanding the scenarios, features and functions within each product and how these are applied to address business and technical problemsMaintain up to date documentation and record to support operational continuity and compliance requirementsEnsure work will be done according to project deadlinesCoordinate with internal deployment team on projects delivery to ensure every detail ordered are delivered correctly and on timeUnderstand client's needs and collaborate with the sales team and HQ engineers to propose technical solutionsProvide timely feedback and propose solutions to customer inquiries. product debugging, technical concerns, etc
