With us, anticipate engaging and challenging projects that deliver innovative solutions and value-added technologies helping power more than 38 million North American homes.BS in Engineering/Engineering Technology, or comparable experience in lieu of degreePlus 7 years of closely related technical and project experience.Develops procedures, identifies required tools and materials, and assures other necessary preparations are in place to successfully complete the project. Defines and forecasts the necessary skills and work arrangements to support the objectives of the project. May provide direction to engineers, designers, engineering technicians and others who assist in completion of specific project assignments. Represents the Company in communication with other organizations to resolve questions, plan, and coordinate work. Proposes plans and cost improvement programs that allow the project to achieve its business objectives.Salary $97,000-$131,000, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline.
