You’ll play a key role in delivering the project successfully, from design coordination and subcontractor management to site execution and stakeholder engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist or lead project coordination and subcontractor managementResolve design issues and contribute technical input during design and constructionDevelop and maintain detailed project schedulesOversee cost management, quality assurance, and environmental controlsEnsure compliance with ITPs, SWMS, and safety standardsLiaise with architects, consultants, and clients to ensure project alignmentManage variations and site documentationWhat We’re Looking ForRelevant building and tertiary qualificationsProven experience on large-scale construction projectsStrong technical and problem-solving skillsExperience in subcontractor coordination and design managementKnowledge of cost, quality, and environmental controlsCommitment to health and safety standardsOpen to relocation or travel to ShellharbourReady to Build Your Future?If you're a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer looking for your next challenge in a supportive and growth-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.RCC has a Preferred Supplier Agreement (PSA) in place.
