IC Holding has carried out various projects, especially qualified construction services and medium scale industry group activities in various regions around the world such as Middle East, Central Asia, Europe and especially in Russia.We are looking for a “Project Finance Manager” with the following qualifications;QualificationsBachelor’s degree from reputable universities,Minimum 7 years of corporate finance/project finance/investment banking experience,Strong business communication and presentation skills,Good command of English,Job DescriptionProcess management and liaising with lenders, advisors and all relevant third parties,Managing due diligence and modelling processes, making financial analysis,Taking active role in preparing executive level presentations and information memoranda,Participating financial document preperations, negotiations and other processes with creditors.
