Position: Project Management Intern Location: Hybrid (3 days in our Sandy Spring Office/2 days remote)This is a paid internship program, 40 hours per week, running from May 18, 2026-August 7, 2026 Overview: This is a great opportunity for a Project Management Intern to join our Strategic Enterprise Services team. Join us to gain valuable experience and contribute to innovative projects in the financial technology sector.Organizational: This position is a member of the Strategic Enterprise Services Team, reporting to the SVP of Enterprise Program Management Office.Responsibilities:Assist in preparing and updating project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.Support project managers in tracking key milestones and deliverables.Participate in project meetings, taking notes and distributing meeting minutes to stakeholders.Help maintain project management tools and databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.Conduct research and gather data to support project decision-making and problem-solving.Monitor and report on project risks, issues, and changes as directed by PMO staff.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect updates and facilitate communication.Prepare presentations or summaries for project reviews and stakeholder updates.Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing calendars.Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the PMO.Qualifications:Currently pursuing a degree with a Business Administration, Project Management, or Finance focus.Basic understanding of Project Management.Microsoft project or other project plan development tools.Experience using Excel and Word.JIRA (Desired but not required. Basic functions can be taught).Experience using Confluence.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Our compensation structure is designed to reflect the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets.
