Job Description

The position is responsible in the project management of a customer and enterprise-driven, value-enhancing agency digital strategies to drive increased business effectiveness and improved technology utilization of the Agency Force. The role will also be required to ensure that people-impacts are well-understood and effective change management plans and practices are in place and are effectively implemented to enable a successful and sustainable delivery of the digital transformation. The role will also be responsible for driving various agency projects, campaign approvals and facilities requirements in support of agency growth, expansion and sustained development of agency. Manage and deliver components of the agency digital transformation strategy that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for the agency force. Deliver Agency Digital Projects based on the prescribed standards and timeline of the project as agreed with project stakeholdersCollaborate with product owners and other business units to help define and deliver a cohesive digital vision and strategy for the Agency Force.Preparation of executive report and presentations to the Agency Force and Sales Senior Management Team on Digital Transformation projects.Execute and develop implementation plan aligned with adaption strategies for the Digital Agency Projects.Responsible for managing the project budget on behalf of the sponsor, monitoring expenditure and costs against delivered and realized benefits as the project progress.Develop programs and processes supporting agency digital strategy.Oversee and assist specific functional duties or responsibilities associated with project post-delivery support including customer service, often relating to programs related to training, customer support and Day 2 enhancements. Requirements:Must have a Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Technology, or any related field.Knowledgeable in project and program management using Agile methodology is a plusProficiency in using MS Office toolsMust be an analytical thinker who enjoys solving complex problems with supporting researchProven success influencing and working effectively across broad and complex organizationsEfficient organizational skills and business acumen, with keen attention to risk management and value creationCapable of juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAbility to communicate, manage and report on critical performance metrics on a regular basisExperience in incorporating design thinking and creative approaches to problem solving and strategy formulation is preferredAt least two (2) years of relevant professional experience; exposure to digital transformation at a financial services organization is a plusAmenable to work in a hybrid setup (work-from-home capable and amenable to report onsite as needed)Join a team who is always asking: what can we do better?We break down silos to improve our execution-focused approach, so we can use our advantage of scale, discover fresh perspectives, and new modalities of growth.Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
