(AmarSolution).Position Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee and lead our IT projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and manage IT projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and quality assurance teams.Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.Maintain comprehensive project documentation and prepare reports for management.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & EngineeringBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience Requirements1 to 2 year(s)Additional Requirements1–2 Years in Related FieldProven experience as a Project Manager in the IT industryStrong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.Job LocationDhaka (Uttara)
