More than a jobThis isn’t your typical PM role. We're looking for an organizational mastermind to join our Obsidian team in Banja Luka, acting as the dedicated, "embedded" Project Manager for Elbdudler, one of Hamburg's fastest creative digital agencies.You’ll be the operational backbone for a team that lives and breathes the zeitgeist. You're the one who connects the dots, manages the flow, and ensures brilliant creative ideas become brilliant creative realities.This role is for a natural-born organizer who is fluent in the language of both project plans and creative teams. Your strong German language skills are your daily tool for ensuring seamless collaboration and flawless execution with the team in Hamburg.What You'll DoAs the go-to Project Manager, you are the engine of the project. You are the right hand of the Account Manager - while they focus on strategy and client relations, you master the "how" and the "when."Own the Plan: You build and own the project plans. You define the timelines, map out the resources, and run the daily workflow. No one ever has to ask, "What's next?"Master the Workflow: You are the central hub for the interdisciplinary team (creatives, copywriters, motion designers). You run the dailies, manage tasks (in Asana, Jira, or similar), and hunt down blockers.Communicate (in German): You'll be in daily, direct contact with the Hamburg team. You'll run status calls, manage complex feedback loops, and clarify briefs—all in German.Guard the Budget & Timeline: You meticulously track project hours and costs against the budget. You are the first to flag risks before they become problems.Ensure Quality: You are the gatekeeper. You ensure all deliverables are triple-checked and perfectly match the brief before they go to the Account Manager or client.Be the Problem-Solver: When "nothing seems possible," you're the one who calmly finds a new path, re-prioritizes, and keeps the team moving forward.Experience You'll BringA Proven PM: You have 1-2+ years of experience in digital or creative project management, ideally in a fast-paced agency. You know the typical pitfalls and how to avoid them.Fluent German Speaker (C1/C2): You are 100% fluent in German. You can confidently lead meetings, de-escalate conflicts, and write precise briefs.A Master of Organization: You are structured, meticulous, and obsessed with detail. Your lists have lists, and your project plans are a work of art.An Excellent Communicator: You are a 100% team player. You bring a high level of service understanding for both the client and your internal team. You are confident, proactive, and clear.A "No Bullshit" Attitude: You take responsibility.
