You should be able to design, build, and maintain production-grade systems, work autonomously, and contribute to clean and maintainable codebases.Our typical backend stack revolves around Python, with frequent use of frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask, depending on project needs. For data storage, we work with both relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
