Project Manager - Oracle Tuxedo

Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Oracle Tuxedo and the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, including vendor and on-site/off-shore resources ("shoulder field teams"). The candidate will work directly with senior stakeholders and will be responsible for providing project updates and status reports to the Managing Director level.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Tuxedo-based application initiativesManage and coordinate internal teams and external vendor resourcesEnsure project timelines, quality, and deliverables are metPrepare executive-level reports and present updates to senior managementDrive requirement discussions, solution planning, technical reviews, and risk managementEnsure compliance with bank standards, governance, and security policiesAct as a bridge between business users and technical teamsRequired Skills & Experience10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in project managementHands-on experience or solid understanding of Oracle TuxedoAbility to manage shoulder field / distributed technical teamsStrong understanding of distributed systems architectureSolid technical background with experience in C/C++ (mandatory)Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skillsExperience in banking/financial domain preferred
