NOW HIRING - PROJECT MANAGER - EVENTS - DESIGN & FIT-OUTOur Client is a multidisciplinary architecture and interior design firm based in Dubai, specialising in delivering turnkey solutions encompassing design, manufacturing, and project execution.The Position:We are looking to recruit an experienced and passionate Project Manager for Events to lead and execute high-profile events for our luxury brand clients.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end management of event projects, from initial client briefings and planning through on-site execution and post-event reporting.Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure milestones are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively.Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) and external partners (venues, vendors, contractors) to ensure all outputs meet the brand’s quality standards.Keep project checklists up to date, monitoring progress against key deliverables.Supervise on-site installations, ensuring compliance with event specifications, safety standards, and luxury brand expectations.Maintain ongoing communication with clients and consultants, addressing issues and providing project updates to ensure satisfaction.Conduct pre-production and production site visits to guarantee quality and adherence to schedule.Organize and facilitate pre-installation and technical meetings with all stakeholders.Manage travel and logistical arrangements for internal teams and external vendors as needed.Ensure all necessary documentation, such as permits, approvals, and completion certificates, are properly managed.Conduct post-event debriefs with internal teams to evaluate outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.Provide performance feedback to team members to support professional growth.Develop reporting tools and dashboards to track project metrics and performance indicators.Build and maintain strong relationships with local teams and contractors, both domestically and internationally.Candidate RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Project Management, Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.At least 5 years of experience managing luxury or high-end brand events.Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams effectively.Strong leadership, negotiation, and client engagement skills.Familiarity with event production, logistics, and quality control processes.Experience coordinating international projects or working with global teams is a plus.Keen eye for aesthetics, brand alignment, and attention to detail.Willingness to travel and adapt to flexible schedules as required by events.
