Anton’s long-term goal is to become a world-leading green energy technical services company, growing together with its clients and talent to promote high-quality development in the energy industry.📍DepartmentAnton Easy Investment & Leasing Responsibilities(一)Project Planning & Design CoordinationLead project initiation, design coordination, and construction drawing review.Liaise with design institutes, consultants, and local authorities (such as Sarawak Energy, DOSH, and BOMBA) to ensure compliance with regulations and technical standards.Prepare project implementation plans, resource allocation, and investment budgets.(二)Construction & Project ManagementOversee overall project progress, quality, safety, and cost control.Establish on-site management systems and coordinate EPC execution phases.Conduct regular coordination meetings to identify and resolve project issues.(三)Government & External RelationsMaintain effective communication with local government departments, energy and environmental authorities, and surrounding communities.Manage administrative processes such as construction permits and environmental approvals.Promote local participation and corporate social responsibility initiatives.(四)Client & Contractor ManagementSupervise contractors’ performance and review progress payments and variation orders.Maintain strong communication with the owner’s representative, consultants, and suppliers.(五)Project Completion & HandoverOrganize final inspection, performance testing, and documentation handover.Prepare project completion reports and summarize lessons learned.Qualifications(一)EducationBachelor’s degree or above in Petroleum Engineering, Engineering Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.(二)ExperienceMinimum 8 years of experience in engineering construction or energy project management.Proven track record in power plant or EPC project delivery is an advantage.Familiarity with Malaysian construction regulations (CIDB, DOSH, BOMBA, DOE) and international standards (ISO, IFC).(三)Professional SkillsStrong understanding of full project lifecycle management, from initiation and design to procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.Proficient in contract administration, project scheduling, and cost control.Skilled in project management software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and Primavera.(四)LanguageExcellent command of English (spoken and written).Proficiency in Malay or Mandarin is an advantage.Able to communicate effectively with international consultants, local contractors, and government stakeholders.(五)Other RequirementsStrong leadership and cross-cultural communication skills.Commitment to workplace safety and environmental sustainability.High level of professional integrity and compliance with company ethics and discipline.
