You’ll manage design coordination, procurement, contract administration, and site delivery—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification. You’ll act as a key client representative, maintaining strong relationships with government stakeholders and contractors while ensuring all reporting, compliance, and governance requirements are met.What You Need.You’ll have proven experience managing construction, fitout, or refurbishment projects—ideally in a client-side consultancy, design or construction environment. Strong knowledge of procurement, government frameworks, and contract management is essential. You’ll be confident managing multiple projects at once, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
