Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of virtual bank projects in Thailand. This is a renewable/convert to permanent contract role. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing project planning, execution, and governance while ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and digital transformation strategies. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and execution of virtual banking projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope are met.Define project roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders across business, technology, and regulatory teams.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Product, and Vendors) to deliver project outcomes effectively.Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and develop mitigation strategies.Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks, compliance standards, and industry regulations.Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates to senior management.Drive change management and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance to ensure high-quality project deliverables.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, Finance, IT, or related field or master’s degreeMinimum 8 years of project management experience, preferably within banking, financial services, or fintech sectors.Strong track record in managing large-scale technology or digital transformation projects.Familiarity with virtual banking operations, digital channels, or core banking systems is an advantage.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Thai is highly preferred.CEI No: R1659595 / EA No: 07C3147
