Project Manager

Hi people,Bit Group is hiring!We are open for Project Manager position.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, IT, or related field;⁠Proven working experience of at least 3–5 years in project management;Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus;Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies;Excellent written and verbal communication skills;Leadership skills with ability to motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams;Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously;Familiar with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or Jira).Responsibilities:⁠Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives;Develop detailed project plans and ensure resource availability and allocation;Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects;⁠Monitor and track project progress and adjust as needed;Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques;Perform risk management to minimize potential risks;Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders;Conduct project evaluations and assessment of results.If You’re interested, Please send your cv via email to hrd@bitgroup.co.idSubject : Hiring - PM - NameThank you!
