Youshould bring 2–3 years of development experience (Java preferred), followed by leadershiproles as Team Leader a module or project lead, managing teams. Over the past years, youshould have taken ownership as a Project Manager, successfully delivering at least 1–2projects end-to-end with strong expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies,with the judgment to know when and how to apply each.Key Responsibilities People & Client ManagementBuild strong, trust-based relationships with clients, internal teams, andstakeholders.Handle escalations and tense discussions with calm, tact, and clarity.Ensure updates and follow-ups happen consistently — without alienating theteam. Project DeliveryLead projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, quality, and scope aremaintained.Choose and apply the right methodology (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) basedon project needs.Maintain laser-sharp attention to detail, ensuring nothing falls through thecracks.Proactive identification and diligent tracking of assumptions, dependencies andrisksHands-on experience with using MS-Project or Excel for end-end projectplanning and tracking Strategic ThinkingUnderstand the economics of each project — cost, effort, ROI, and clientvalue.Anticipate risks early and create actionable mitigation plans.Use data and insights to drive decision-making. Collaboration & InfluenceMotivate and inspire cross-functional teams to work towards a common goal.Balance assertiveness with diplomacy to achieve outcomes.Navigate competing priorities and resolve conflicts effectively. Innovation in DeliveryLeverage AI and automation tools for reporting, risk prediction, and resourceplanning.Continuously improve processes for faster, better delivery.Preferred Qualifications Overall: 10–12 years of progressive experience in software development and projectmanagement. Development: 2–3 years of hands-on development experience (Java preferred). Team Leadership: Experience as a module lead and project lead, managing teams of3–8 members. Project Management: 3–4 years as a Project Manager, successfully delivering at least1–2 projects end-to-end. Expertise: Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies, with theability to choose and apply the right approach for each project.Other Expectations Available to travel overseas for project-related meetings/discussions etc. Experience in estimation techniques and pre-sales experience.
