As we continue to grow, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on Project Manager to execute key strategic initiatives.Job SummaryThe Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the company's quality standards. This role requires excellent organizational skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to align project outcomes with strategic business objectives. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects that enhance Club Concierge's travel solutions and customer experience.Key ResponsibilityProject Planning & InitiationDefine project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessment.Identify project dependencies and critical milestones.Establish clear success criteria for project deliverables.Project Execution & MonitoringCoordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.Track project progress, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.Manage project budgets, ensuring optimal resource utilization.Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to provide progress updates.Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues where necessary.Ensure all documentation, including project charters, risk registers, and reports, are updated regularly.Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.Engage with internal departments, clients, and external vendors to ensure alignment on project objectives.Maintain transparent communication channels for progress reporting and issue resolution.Quality Assurance & ComplianceEnsure project deliverables meet defined quality standards and customer expectations.Enforce compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.Post-Implementation ReviewConduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.Document and archive project insights to support future initiatives.Prepare and present detailed project reports for management review.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Project delivery within scope, time, and budget.Stakeholder satisfaction and engagement levels.Number of successfully closed projects.Effective risk mitigation strategies.Documentation accuracy and completeness.Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).Excellent leadership and team management skills.Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.Minimum of 7 years' experience managing complex projects, ideally within the travel, tourism, or e-commerce industry.Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
