Job Title: Construction Projects ManagerJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Projects Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:- Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and suppliers.- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.- Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role.- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.- Must have understanding of DPB act and Australian standards. - Proficiency in project management software and tools.**Benefits:**- Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
