Project Manager – Cross-border Logistics

About the RoleMygroup Intelligent Co., Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead our Cross-border Logistics division. In this critical role, you will be responsible for building and scaling our international shipping capabilities. You will develop strategies, forge key partnerships, and lead a cross-functional team to establish a market-leading broker model for the Thai e-commerce landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning: Develop and execute strategic operational plans for all cross-border shipping projects.Partnership Management: Source, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with international logistics carriers Team Leadership: Lead and manage a cross-functional team (including Business Development, Customer Service, and Operations) to drive project success and achieve KPIs.Business Model Design: Design, implement, and continuously refine a freight broker business model tailored to the Thai market.Technical Integration: Collaborate closely with the technology team to manage and optimize API integrations for tracking, COD, and payment systems.Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze parcel volume, cost-revenue data, and P&L statements. Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management.Quality & Standards: Establish and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure high-quality international service delivery.Scalability: Develop and optimize scalable workflows to support rapid growth in parcel volume.Qualifications & Requirements3-5+ years of proven experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Cross-border E-commerce, or the shipping industry.Strong hands-on experience in Project Management.Exceptional negotiation and partner management skills, with experience managing both domestic and international partners.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams (BD, CS, Ops).Strong business acumen with skills in Business Analysis, P&L management, and cost control.Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.(Preferred) Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a significant advantage.Deep understanding of the E-commerce market and the needs of cross-border online sellers.A startup mindset: self-motivated, highly adaptable, results-driven, and proactive in identifying new opportunities.Prior experience working directly for an international courier or freight forwarder is highly desirable.Proficiency in Project Management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and Advanced Excel.Why Join Us?This is a unique opportunity to build a new, high-growth business unit from the ground up.
