Responsibilities: Lead complex, large-scale, cross-functional technology initiativesCollaborate with development teams to estimate work, define milestones, and manage resourcesDrive results through cross-functional teams from design to rolloutTrack progress, resolve dependencies, manage risks, and communicate status to stakeholdersBlockchain Expertise: Apply strong understanding of blockchain technology (consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, dApps)Design and track key metrics, using data to inform decisionsOrchestrate technology initiatives with business feature deliveries, balancing technical and business prioritiesFacilitate and maintain clear documentation for various audiences (e.g., support playbooks, API documentation)Optimize deployment workflows and improve knowledge sharing within the teamRequirements: 5+ years of project and/or program management experience in a software applications environmentStrong understanding of software development, architecture, and infrastructureBlockchain Knowledge: Deep understanding of blockchain technology and its applicationsExperience with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies; Scrum Master experience a plusProven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across business unitsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to align diverse teams toward common goalsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in facilitating meetings, driving outcomes and summarizing documentationExperience establishing processes and driving automation initiativesExperience using JIRA and ConfluencePMP, CSM, PSM, or ACP certifications preferredWe may use artificial intelligence tools to analyze the content of your Resume/CV against the specific requirements for the position.
