We deliver high-quality, value-driven services throughout the full project lifecycle, from inception to completion.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager with Defence sector experience to join our team. The successful candidate will lead and deliver a range of defence-related construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and compliance standards. This role involves working closely with defence clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to manage project lifecycles from initiation to completion.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end project delivery for defence sector construction and infrastructure projects.Act as the primary client interface, building strong and trusted relationships with defence stakeholders.Lead project planning, budgeting, procurement, and risk management activities.Ensure compliance with defence standards, security protocols, and government regulations.Prepare, monitor, and report on project programmes, costs, and performance.Manage multi-disciplinary consultant and contractor teams to achieve project objectives.Facilitate stakeholder engagement, consultation, and reporting requirements.Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained across all project activities.Contribute to business development activities, proposals, and bid submissions within the defence sector.RequirementsDegree in construction, project management, engineering, or related discipline.Professional membership (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB, or equivalent) preferred.Proven track record in delivering projects within the defence sector or other highly regulated environments.Strong understanding of defence estate management, security requirements, and compliance frameworks.Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience in procurement strategies, contract administration, and project controls.Ability to manage multiple projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.Security clearance or eligibility to obtain clearance may be required.
