Project Manager

Job Title: FRTB Project ManagerLocation: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)Duration: 12+ months (possible extension)Overview:Program Management Team delivering large-scale transformation initiatives across Global Markets. The role focuses on FX Delta, FX Risk, and FRTB compliance, ensuring timely delivery across front-to-back workstreams.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage Markets Transformation / FRTB initiatives addressing regulatory, risk, and control objectives.Drive analysis, requirements gathering, design, and testing (JIRA) across all workstreams.Collaborate with Front Office, Risk, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure seamless execution.Identify and resolve project risks and dependencies; escalate as needed to senior stakeholders.Produce clear, accurate project updates and present to governance forums.Support target state design and socialization of tools, processes, and controls.Analyze large datasets using SQL and Excel (preferred).Required Experience & Skills10+ years in Project Management within Capital Markets.Strong FRTB experience with focus on FX Delta / FX Risk.Deep understanding of trading, risk, and P&L flows.Proven success in strategic project delivery across global organizations.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in Markets, Risk, and Regulatory projects/programs.Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).PMP or equivalent certification is a strong plus.Note: Dexian Canada will, on request, provide accommodations for disabilities to support your participation in all aspects of our Recruitment and Assessment/Selection Processes.Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
