These projects include off-grid, remote builds and luxury residential compounds that demand meticulous attention to quality, scheduling, and stakeholder expectations. You’ll oversee full-cycle construction delivery — from early-stage planning and permitting to field execution and closeout — working closely with internal teams, external contractors, and vendors.You’ll manage detailed timelines, construction scopes, and budgets while resolving field-level constraints in real time. Your work will span modular installations, utility systems, site infrastructure, and high-touch client builds. You’ll be expected to track progress using digital tools, escalate risks early, and maintain clear and consistent communication with leadership. This role requires independent problem-solving, comfort operating in rugged conditions, and the ability to uphold the standards expected in ultra-high-net-worth client environments.WHO YOU AREMulti-Terrain Operator: Thrives in complex site conditions including remote, coastal, desert, and off-grid environmentsDesign-Build Expert: Adept at translating plans into physical execution while managing change dynamicallyRelentless Executor: Operates with urgency, accountability, and precision in time-sensitive, high-visibility projectsField-Savvy Leader: Understands real-world build dynamics, from weather and logistics to contractor performanceProfessional Communicator: Balances field credibility with polished reporting to clients and stakeholdersRESPONSIBILITIESManage multiple, concurrent construction projects across residential and off-grid settingsCoordinate permitting, inspections, contractor schedules, and site mobilizationOversee installation of custom infrastructure, including utilities, modular systems, marine works, pools, and landscape featuresMaintain detailed construction schedules and actively update Gantt charts, ensuring clarity across stakeholdersTrack and report on budgets, identify scope changes, and drive issue resolution when delays or risks emergeConduct site walks, quality inspections, and contractor check-ins to ensure adherence to design intent and client expectationsDevelop and distribute field-level updates including progress photos, task completions, and risk flagsInterface with high-end clients and their representatives with discretion, professionalism, and clarityDrive project momentum across varying jurisdictions, climates, and logistical conditionsWHAT YOU’LL BRING5+ years of experience managing residential, remote, or infrastructure-intensive construction projectsProven ability to lead projects from preconstruction through execution in high-pressure environmentsStrong familiarity with off-grid systems, modular installations, and site logisticsExperience working in climates or geographies with limited infrastructure or unpredictable laborProficiency in digital project tools including Gantt charts, Smartsheet, MS Teams, and Google WorkspaceHands-on leadership style with a bias for action, clear documentation, and team accountabilityExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with comfort presenting to internal executives and UHNW clientsBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience PMP certification requiredWillingness to travel to project sites across North America and the Caribbean as needed
