These projects include off-grid, remote builds and luxury residential compounds that demand meticulous attention to quality, scheduling, and stakeholder expectations. You’ll oversee full-cycle construction delivery — from early-stage planning and permitting to field execution and closeout — working closely with internal teams, external contractors, and vendors.You’ll manage detailed timelines, construction scopes, and budgets while resolving field-level constraints in real time. Your work will span modular installations, utility systems, site infrastructure, and high-touch client builds. You’ll be expected to track progress using digital tools, escalate risks early, and maintain clear and consistent communication with leadership.
