Job DescriptionPosition: Project Manager (Building Construction)Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager with strong experience in building construction to lead and oversee the successful execution of projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all activities are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with quality and safety standards. Key ResponsibilitiesManage all stages of construction projects, from mobilization to final handover.Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and progress reports.Lead site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to achieve project milestones.Ensure adherence to contractual requirements, cost control, and timelines.Oversee quality assurance, safety compliance, and site productivity.Coordinate project documentation, approvals, and client communications.Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.Drive continuous improvement and support a culture of safety and accountability. RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.10–15 years of experience in building construction, including high-rise, commercial, or villa projects.Proven track record in leading multidisciplinary project teams.Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and scheduling software.Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.UAE experience preferred.
