Fresh Gradates are welcome The resource must have the following experience :In handling Commercial Cloud system onboarding (experience working with AWS)In managing the update to leadership from Synapxe and clusters regarding the overall status of the projectCommunicating with various project team members from NGEMR, Infra, HCC, CAO, TISO.Tracking and escalating issues and communicate project status to executives and key operational leadershipEvaluating readiness and hold a Cloud go live readiness meetingsOther requirements:Strong project management and people management skillsProven ability to initiate, manage and report on programme activities and identify issues affecting the performance outcomes of the projectsEffective information-gathering, through meeting facilitation, one-on-one interactions and/or observationsConfident, able to lead the roles and tasks assigned to him/her, and drives cross functional teams in a structured and methodological manner to meet the business objectivesActively brainstorms and contributes ideas, proactively suggests and participates in solutioning when there is a void of ideas Good communication skills, is a competent negotiator, demonstrates resiliency, good at problem solving and able to engage & influence effectively both the internal and external stakeholdersAdaptable to change in an agile and volatile environment while taking ownership and deliver works with integrityPersistent and problem solves when there is lack of clarity or a solutionAbility to manage and prioritise multiple activities at one time Professional written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills
