About the Company:Our client is a leading pharmaceutical consulting firm known for delivering high-impact, data-driven solutions to global and regional pharma and biotech companies. They specialize in market access, commercial strategy, real-world evidence, and regulatory support. As they continue to grow across Asia, they are seeking a high-caliber Senior Consultant to lead strategic projects, with a strong focus on the Greater China market.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage end-to-end consulting engagements across the pharmaceutical value chain, from strategy design to execution.Work closely with clients to understand their commercial, regulatory, and operational challenges, and deliver actionable insights and solutions.Conduct market research, data analysis, and develop strategic recommendations tailored to client needs in the Asia-Pacific region, especially China.Build and manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.Mentor and guide junior consultants and analysts on project delivery and professional development.Support business development efforts including proposal writing, client presentations, and industry networking.Key Requirements:3–7 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, pharma/life sciences, or healthcare advisory roles.Proven track record of leading client engagements or workstreams, preferably within the APAC region.Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare landscape in China and/or Asia.Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal) – this is a core requirement given the focus on China-based clients.Bachelor's or Master’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, public health, business, or related fields.
