📌 About the Role We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects within our game studio of around 25 talented team members, including designers, developers, artists, and QA. You will play a critical role in driving project planning, execution, and delivery - ensuring our games are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality.The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about game development, with strong communication skills to align creative and technical teams toward shared goals.🛠 Key ResponsibilitiesLead project planning, scheduling, and execution across multiple teams.Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Monitor progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.Coordinate daily collaboration between cross-functional teams (design, development, art, QA, etc.).Act as the main communication bridge between leadership, team members, and external stakeholders.Ensure project documentation, reporting, and communication remain transparent and up to date.Support a productive, collaborative, and creative studio culture.Drive post-mortem reviews and continuous improvement in workflows.✅ RequirementsProven experience as a Project Manager, Producer, or similar role in game development. Solid understanding of game development pipelines (concept, pre-production, production, testing, release).Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of aligning diverse creative and technical teams.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Passion for games and understanding of what makes a fun, engaging player experience.
