Project Manager

WATA SOFTWARE is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join a dynamic development team, working directly with clients from the US, UK, Korea, Japan, and Singapore. You will play a key role in supporting and leading the development team in our HCMC office, ensuring seamless coordination between the Vietnam team and international clients. ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee software project progress, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.Act as a bridge between the development team in Vietnam and clients, facilitating communication and providing technical solution support.Assist in problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle to optimize system performance and quality.Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance user experience, reporting, and system performance.Train, mentor, and support the technical team’s growth and development.Qualifications5+ years of experience in software development or project management.Strong organizational and management skills, with the ability to plan and coordinate work effectively.Excellent communication skills, experience in working with international clients, and strong negotiation abilities.Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Proficiency in English for effective communication with international clients.Preferred Qualifications:Understanding of software technology.Experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure is a plus.Scrum Master certification is a plus
