Services include the authorization, clearing, and settlement of credit, debit and prepaid card transactions between cardholders and merchants.We also have an additional entity that we support in Greece, EDPS, which is one of the leading FINTECH companies in Greece specializing in Payments Processing and Advanced Payment Solutions.Join us at a modern fintech company pioneering a new era of payment technologies.Role Summary:We are looking for a professional with around 3 years of experience in project management, with a strong understanding of technology systems, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. You will act as the key link between the technical team, management, and clients, translating business needs into actionable implementation plans.What Part Will You Play?Manage the full project lifecycle (planning, execution, delivery).Create and monitor project plans, timelines, and budgets.Communicate with development/engineering teams and clients to align requirements.Identify and manage project risks and issues.Track KPIs and report project progress to management.Apply Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies depending on the project scope.The duties listed are indicative and not restrictive.What We're Looking ForUniversity Degree in business administration, economics, accounting or related quantitative field3+ years of relevant professional experience in technical project management preferably within a fintech, payment institution or bankSolid understanding of technical concepts (e.g., software development, IT infrastructure, technical systems).Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello, Asana).Strong organizational and communication skills.Experience working with cross-functional teams.Excellent written and spoken skills in both Greek and English languagesMeticulous and accurate, with strong organisation and communication skillsComfortable working in a fast paced environment, with excellent organisation around critical deadlinesAbility to use professional knowledge in optimizing business outcomes, system settings and processesHighly numerical and analytical mindset (investigative, creative, logical, problem solving, technical knowledge)Strong computer skills, in particular: MS Excel, MS Access, MS Word, MS Power PointPreferred Qualifications:Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master).Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.Ability to analyze technical issues and translate them into business requirements.For more information regarding the personal data that Global Payments collects during the application process as well as the way such data are processed, please visit the Privacy Notice
