At Jacobs, we're challenging today to reinvent tomorrow by solving the world's most critical problems for thriving cities, resilient environments, mission-critical outcomes, operational advancement, scientific discovery and cutting-edge manufacturing, turning abstract ideas into realities that transform the world for good.Your impactThe Quality Manager will be responsible for the Project Quality Plan(s), undertaking audits and making recommendations for continuous improvement.Key duties of the role includeDeveloping and implementing quality assurance/control systems for the project Ensuring that client feedback surveys are sent or interviews requested for projects per client feedback processCollecting, tracking, analyzing and reporting overall results, including trends, for quality metricsProviding or ensuring quality training to meet the project requirementsCoordinating and facilitating process improvement teams.Monitoring KPI’s and goals, providing technical advice and assisting in completing work as needed.Here's what you'll needBS degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering/Construction) or equivalent experience5-10 years professional experience, ideally on Construction Projects.Discipline specific professional registration preferred (APM, PMP, PMI, ICE, RICS) and also experience in working with quality ISO’s (e.g. 9000)Thorough understanding of programme objectives and priorities and is building understanding of the industry and competitive environmentGood communication skills, both oral and writtenTeam player attitudeOnsite employees are expected to attend a Jacobs Workplace on a full-time basis, as required by the nature of their role.Your application experience is important to us, and we’re keen to adapt to make every interaction even better.
