Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closureDevelop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and obtain necessary approvalsCoordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and resource availabilityIdentify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategiesEnsure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirementsManage project communications, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior managementOversee project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standardsMentor and guide junior project managers and team membersExpected DeliverablesComprehensive project plan with timelines, budget, and resource allocationRegular project status reports and dashboards for stakeholdersRisk management plans and issue logsFinal project deliverables meeting quality and performance criteriaCompleted project documentation and lessons learned summaryRequirementsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 4-6 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing complex projects in similar industries; Tech, BPO, Telco, Banking industry background, regional and global deploymentsB2+ / C1 English levelStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira)PMP, PMO, PMGA, or equivalent project management certification preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with stakeholder management and negotiation
