Must have strong leadership, budgeting, and coordination skills, with experience in condos or rental housing.Background in construction management, civil engineering, or architecture Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc. Fluent French required; functional English a plus Valid driver’s license; mobility within MontrealExperience working on residential and industrial construction projects
