We build trust by showing up, leading with knowledge, and always focusing on what’s best for our clients and their projects and the residents thereof.  The RoleWe’re looking for a motivated Project Manager to join our growing team. This person will lead the design and construction process from concept through completion, serving as the primary point of coordination between the developer, design professionals, and construction teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, can lead multi-disciplinary teams, dive into technical details and foster a collaborative approach to project completion. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and construction process, ensuring alignment with project goals including schedule, the developer’s program and Innova’s technical standards.Coordinate with developers, architects, engineers, and contractors to guide design and execution.Follow up to ensure all permits and approvals are achieved in alignment with funding and schedule milestones.Oversee construction progress, monitor schedule, review completed work, manage change orders, review/approve requisitions and most importantly, solve problems.Facilitate clear communication and collaboration among all stakeholders and provide proactive problem-solving on-site and off-site.Represent Innova with professionalism and integrity—building trust through reliability and follow-through. QualificationsMinimum 3 years of active construction or design (architecture, civil, MEP) experience, preferably in multi-family or comparable commercial projects.Ability to read and interpret construction documents (plans, specifications, and submittals).Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple projects across the New England region. Why Join Innova ServicesCompetitive salary, commensurate with experience.Vehicle allowance and use of corporate credit card for fuel.
