The Creative Project Manager works closely with Technical Producers, Campaign Managers & Account Managers to manage the creative project lifecycle from start to finish. They are the master coordinator between all parties involved within a creative project. They have a full understanding of the project requirements/scope, manage internal & client expectations, create & communicate timelines and costs, create & manage creative project tasks and confirm that project scope and client expectations have been met when the project is complete.  When necessary and capacity available, the Creative Project Manager should be able to version basic to intermediate creative and manage version updates via CRM. The Impact You’ll Make:Project Management – Focusing on simple and intermediate projects Manage project scope, resources, timelines, deliverables, costs and success criteria Day-to-day execution management Estimate creation Timeline generation and updating through project Collaborate with Technical Producer for all new frameworks Document project scope and share with client Development project task creation and submission Confirm development deliverables met project requirements and scope Provide deliverables to client Creative project point of contact Client facing for scoping and on-going project management Understanding of Ad Serving creative capabilities Day-to-day interaction with partner resources Version dynamic creative through CRM / Excel methods including the use of inline styles to adjust layouts where necessary. What You’ll Need:+3 year working in client facing rolesAbility to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with internal staff, partner resources and external clientsKnowledge of the typical creative process between designers and developers and how to manage the creative processAbility to translate client requirements/expectations into actionable items for designer and developersHigh attention to detailProject planning - Risk identification and management throughout projectsStrong problem solving and analytical skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsHigh level understanding of feeds and API structuresKnowledge of Adobe Creative SuiteHigh level understanding of any of HTML5, CSS or JavaScriptAbility to use Excel features for efficient population of data in excel sheetsExperience in mobile web design / mobile advertising or rich media production (an advantage)Experience working with feed-based / data-driven ads (an advantage)What We'll Offer You:Unlimited VacationsMonthly Inflation updatesLunch CreditOSDE 410 as medical insuranceEnglish lessonsGym coverageInternet coverage1 extra paid month for primary & secondary birthing caregiversLearning & Development - Tools and TrainingHybrid & flexible working model - nice offices in Parque Chas with endless snacks & beveragesHigh visibility roles with a tremendous amount of growth potentialGlobal team and cross-company collaboration unlike anywhere else!
