You will work inside our company’s Task Tool (our centralized project hub) to monitor task progress, manage timelines, follow up with team members, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.This role is perfect for someone who loves structure, communication, and making systems run smoothly. You’ll support our global team and play a key part in keeping operations aligned and moving forward.ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to delivery.Develop project timelines, milestones, task lists, and resource plans.Coordinate with internal teams to secure resources, clarify objectives, and balance competing priorities.Track projects for multiple departments and follow up daily to keep projects on trackFacilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up.Provide regular project updates to leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and dependencies.Use the KBM Task Tool (project dashboard with calendar, Gantt, and workflow views) to monitor all active initiatives.Ensure task owners understand deliverables, deadlines, and expectations.Proactively identify roadblocks and escalate issues when necessary.Track KPIs, timelines, and quality standards to ensure all outcomes meet company expectations.Evaluate and optimize existing processes, SOPs, and communication pathways.Suggest and implement improvements to increase efficiency, visibility, and cross-team alignment.Assist in onboarding new tools or enhancements to the Task Tool.Train staff on using the Task Tool and facilitate the implementation of it across departments.Requirements2+ years of project coordination or project management experience.Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).Comfortable using project management software (Asana, ClickUp, Jira, Trello, etc.)Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects at once and follow structured processes.Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently with U.S. teams.Bonus Skills:Experience with hospitality, real estate, property management, or OTA workflows.Familiarity with calendar-based or Gantt-based project visualization tools.
