Project Manager L&D

Must Have:Project Management experienceMS Project/ MS officeManaging medium to high complexity projectsFinancial Industry experience preferredResponsibilitiesAgile experience/SCRUMMinimum 7-8 years of experience in project management, preferably in a learning or adult training environmentPrior L&D experience in performance consulting, design, development, facilitation, and/or learning technologies is beneficialThorough understanding of project management frameworks and methodologiesPMP, Agile and/or Scrum certificationPractical knowledge in adult learning principles for various delivery methodsProven track record of delivering results and commitment to operational and service excellenceStrong client focus with ability to listen and quickly learn about various clients and become a trusted advisor on delivery learning solutions successfullyAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently with changing business priorities in a fast-paced environmentAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and build relationships effectively, leveraging sound communication, negotiation, consensus-building and influencing skillsSolutions-focused, "can-do" attitude to foster positive team morale and high engagementExcel in translating business needs into learning requirements in collaboration with L&D partnersStrong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills QualificationsMinimum 7-8 years of experience in project management, preferably in a learning or adult training environment
