The Project Manager – Landscaping is responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of landscape construction projects within scope, budget, and schedule. The role ensures high-quality workmanship, compliance with project specifications, and effective coordination between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.Project Planning & ManagementLead the execution of landscaping projects from initiation to completion.Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.Monitor progress, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.Technical & Quality OversightOversee all landscape construction works including softscape, hardscape, irrigation, and infrastructure coordination.Ensure adherence to design drawings, specifications, and relevant standards.Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.Team & Stakeholder CoordinationManage project teams, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and approvals.Conduct progress meetings and submit periodic project reports.Financial & Contract ManagementMonitor project costs, variations, and claims.Review and approve subcontractor invoices and procurement schedules.Support in tendering, cost estimation, and project forecasting when required.Health, Safety, and Environmental ComplianceEnforce company safety policies and ensure safe work practices on site.Promote sustainability and environmental awareness in landscape works.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field.Minimum 6 – 8 years of experience in landscape construction, with at least 3 years in a project management role.Proven track record in managing large-scale landscape or infrastructure projects in the GCC region.Strong knowledge of hardscape, softscape, and irrigation systems.
