LaSalle Network is hiring a Construction Project Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary design-build projects for federal and state agencies. This role is perfect for a hands-on project leader with experience across civil, structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, and finishing trades. You’ll oversee every aspect of project execution, from planning and design to handover, ensuring compliance with agency standards including USACE, VA, NAVFAC, GSA, CDB, and City of Chicago requirements.Construction Project Manager ResponsibilitiesLead project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver projects on time and on budgetReview subcontractor bids and scopes for completeness and complianceManage project schedules, site logistics, RFIs, submittals, and quality documentationEnsure strict adherence to federal, state, and local building codes and inspection standardsDevelop strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teamsMonitor financial performance, labor requirements, and resource allocationConstruction Project Manager Requirements5–10 years managing complex design-build or construction projects with federal/state agenciesProven experience with CDB, VA, NAVFAC, USACE, GSA, University of Illinois, or City of Chicago projectsStrong technical knowledge across multiple construction tradesLeadership, problem-solving, and project management skillsProficiency in Procore (or willingness to certify), Microsoft Office, and scheduling toolsBachelor’s degree preferredWhat’s in it for me?Competitive salary: $110,000–$130,000Comprehensive benefits packageGrowth opportunity with long-term career potentialTeam-first, collaborative culture with ownership mindset encouragedExposure to high-profile government and commercial projectsReady to lead projects from start to finish?
