Lexdan Select is assisting a drilling and blasting company in their search for a Financial Project Manager, based in Centurion.Salary: R40 000 - R60 000 p.mThis is a hybrid role.Duties and responsibilities:Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of financial projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and stakeholder expectations.Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, scope, resources, and budget tracking.Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and IT teams to gather requirements, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.Utilise financial modelling and analysis techniques to inform project decisions and drive business outcomes.Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and outcomes.Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Requirements:5+ years of experience in financial project management or related fields.Proven track record of managing large-scale financial projects from inception to completion.Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and drive actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for stakeholder engagement and embraces change management as a passion.
