Project Manager (License in PM level 1 is required)

The company takes pride in its track record of excellence and industry expertise across diverse projects. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager based in Phú Quốc. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of assigned construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include managing project planning and execution, leading project teams, liaising with stakeholders, monitoring progress, handling logistics, expediting materials, and ensuring inspections are conducted thoroughly. The role also involves resolving project challenges and maintaining efficient communication among team members and clients to ensure successful project delivery. Qualifications Strong expertise in Project Management and experience leading projects from planning to completionKnowledge and skills in Expediting and Expeditor-related processes in construction projectsProficiency in Inspection and ensuring quality standards in construction executionExperience with Logistics Management and coordination of supplies and materialsStrong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work on-site and manage diverse teamsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferredPrevious work experience in the construction consulting industry is an advantageFamiliarity with local construction codes and regulations in Vietnam
