Project Manager

Role Overview:The Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all fit-out and joinery project activities to ensure completion on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities: 1.     Project Planning & ControlDevelop and implement detailed project plans, including schedule, manpower, material, and budget allocation.Define project execution strategy and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.Manage inspection records, progress billing, and as-built documentation.2.     Site Operations ManagementOversee all site operations, including workforce, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.Handle on-site technical, material, and manpower-related issues.Ensure compliance with company procedures, fire safety, and HSE regulations.3.     Quality & Technical ControlMonitor the quality of joinery and interior finishing works against approved drawings and specifications.Conduct inspections and coordinate with QA/QC to ensure quality assurance procedures are followed.4.     Coordination & CommunicationCoordinate with internal departments (Design, QS, Procurement, QA/QC, HSE) for smooth project execution.Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to report progress and handle additional requirements.Represent the company in meetings with stakeholders and ensure professional communication.5.     Team Leadership & DevelopmentMentor and train site teams to enhance project management and execution capability.Build teamwork spirit and encourage accountability and performance excellence.6.     OtherOther tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior DesignStrong understanding of fit-out, joinery, MEP coordination, and finishing worksIn-depth knowledge of project management process, cost control, contract management and quality standardsMinimum 10 years of experience in interior fit-out or joinery projects, including at least 5 years in project management roles.Strong background in fit-out, joinery.Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.What We Offer:- Competitive package, project bonus, clear career path.
