Project Manager + Client Onboarding SpecialistLocation: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-Time ContractorWe are looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Project Manager who is also a people-person. This role is 50% internal project management and 50% client onboarding support.You will be the person who makes sure our internal team is always aligned, tasks are assigned correctly, deadlines are hit, and nothing slips through the cracks. You will also be one of the first contact points new clients interact with — guiding them through onboarding, gathering required information, and building a positive first impression and relationship.What You’ll Be Responsible ForInternal Project ManagementManage daily task assignments inside ClickUpEnsure tasks are properly scoped, scheduled, and updated by the teaFollow up on task completion and hold team members accountable to deadlinesKeep workflows, statuses, and pipelines organized and accurateIdentify bottlenecks and escalate areas where timelines are at riskBuild out SOPs and internal documentation as needed Collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure workflows are followed and projects move through each stage efficiently.Client Onboarding & Relationship SupportWelcome new clients and lead them through the onboarding journeyCollect required assets, logins, brand materials, etc.Ask the right questions to ensure the team has all information needed for launchMaintain professional, positive communication to build trust early onSchedule and host onboarding calls when necessaryWhat We’re Looking ForHighly organized - nothing gets missed or lost with youSocial & personable - you’re comfortable and excel at building relationships with clientsStrong English communication skills - written + verbalExperience in ClickUp (this is a big plus and preferred)Able to work independently, with initiativeExcellent attention to detail and follow-throughComfortable managing multiple projects and timelines at onceSoft Skills That Matter Hereproactive (not reactive)calm under pressureaccountable + reliableconfident communicatorsolution focusedTo apply, please send your cover letter and resume to eve@topservdigital.com
