We’re looking for a Project Manager to join us at Openscreen, where we’re transforming how businesses connect physical products to digital experiences using QR codes, workflows, and real-time data.This is a great opportunity for someone with 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or management who’s eager to grow their skills in a fast-moving, collaborative tech environment.Responsibilities: ·       Own the end-to-end delivery of customer and internal projects — from kick-off to go-live.·       Manage project scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations with clarity and confidence.·       Coordinate the user journey with the customer — understanding what the final experience should look like and breaking that down into actionable steps and deliverables.·       Drive conversations with customers to solidify requirements, raise critical questions, and keep things moving.·       Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams — understanding product capabilities and guiding realistic solutions.·       Prepare project documentation, requirements documents, user journey diagrams, meeting notes, and follow-upsWhat We’re Looking For·       2–4 years of experience in a project coordination or PM role, ideally in tech, SaaS, or a startup setting.·       Comfortable managing project scope·       Strong communicator — both in writing and on calls — with a knack for keeping people aligned and engaged.·       A positive, solutions-first attitude — you show up with curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a calm, steady approach even when things get hectic.·       You’re customer-minded, always thinking about how to deliver value — but you also know how to keep things simple, helping customers get to a solution without overcomplicating.·       Basic technical fluency — you can hold a conversation about APIs, data flows, and system capabilities without getting lost.·       A people person who thrives in cross-functional environments and values strong customer relationships.·       A naturally curious, product-oriented thinker — you like understanding how things work, not just checking boxes.Tools and Technologies·      Figma ·      Slack·      Tools and packages in the Node.js/JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem·      git and GitHub·      The AWS cloud·      JIRA and ConfluencePresentation & CommunicationEmphasis is placed on having excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present product and project information effectively to peers, clients, developers, and management.About OpenscreenOpenscreen believes that successful ventures start with a culture of inclusion and respect. We have a hybrid in-office/work-from-home policy and employees are expected to be at the office 3 days a week.
