Today, we are a passionate team of 75+ experts working with clients across the full lifecycle of HR Transformation.About the RoleWe are looking for a Project Manager to join our Dayforce Practice, who will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of complex HR and payroll implementation projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget and in-scope execution. As the ideal candidate you will have deep functional knowledge of HR and payroll processes, strong client management skills and specific experience with Dayforce HCM. You will lead cross-functional project teams, manage multiple stakeholders and navigate competing priorities with confidence and precision.ResponsibilitiesLead complex implementation projects from initiation through to post-go-live supportDevelop and manage a detailed project schedule and resource allocationsTrack and report project financials in line with budgetProvide project updates to stakeholder groups including SteerCoEnsure alignment of project outcomes to guiding principles and overall business and project objectivesCollaborate closely with functional consultants, solutions oversights and client-side stakeholders.Manage risk, scope and change control processes throughout the project lifecycle.Drive delivery excellence through project governance, milestone tracking and stakeholder communications.Ensure data conversion, testing, training and change management activities are effectively planned and executed.Act as the escalation point for project issues and actively resolve barriers to progress.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dayforce capabilities and evolving HR/payroll industry standards.About you3 + years of project management experience (Payroll/WFM/HRIS system implementations preferred)Relevant industry knowledge and prior experience implementing HCM Solutions.Previous experience with Dayforce will be advantageousDemonstrated success managing complex, multi-phase enterprise projects with cross-functional teamsProject Management Professional (PMP) or Prince2 certification preferredAnalytical thinker with a focus on continuous improvement and customer successExcellent communication, time management, stakeholder management and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWhat you getA fun collaborative environment where opinions are valuedFantastic work life balanceAccess to ongoing training and development certificationsCompetitive remunerationA flexible working from home / working from office environmentOur Pinpoint PromiseAt Pinpoint, you’ll enjoy the freedom and flexibility to create your own path.
