Our Project Managers play a crucial role in ensuring that our projects run smoothly and that our customers' expectations are exceeded.Key Responsibilities:Review job packets to ensure all necessary information is completeConduct accurate measurements for installationsMonitor production time against the sales contracts, addressing any discrepancies with the Sales and Production ManagersConfirm material orders with clients and oversee change ordersCoordinate with the Purchasing Agent for timely material deliveryManage the procurement of necessary permits for project installationEnsure all customer satisfaction checklists are completed post-installationGuarantee final payments are collected and address any outstanding punch list items#PJFITZ2025RequirementsRequirements for Applicants:Performance Requirements:A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in roofing, siding, windows, or door installationStrong verbal and written communication skillsComfortable using computer systems and mobile devices for project managementDetail-oriented with a proven track record of excellent customer servicePhysical Requirements:Able to lift and carry equipment such as ladders and measuring toolsWillingness to engage in physical activities including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and climbing as neededBenefitsBenefits:At P.J.
