Project Manager

JOB PURPOSEThe role is primarily responsible for the overall planning, co-ordination and supervision of renovation and fitting out projects within an established timeline and budget.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Collaborate with internal stake holders to ensure project successPrepare layout plans and develop construction drawingsWork with consultants and contractors to obtain necessary authority approvalsLiaise with vendors/suppliers and contractors to ensure successful completion of projectsCreate work schedule and supervise project closely and take corrective actions to ensure contractors carried out works conform to specifications, quality, budget and project timeline while adhering to safety codeConduct regular site meetings and report on project progressIdentify new contractors and evaluate existing contractors to ensure quality and compliance with company’s standardsOther duties as and when assigned.JOB REQUIREMENTSDiploma or Degree in Building /Electrical/Mechanical ServicesAt least 5 years of project management experience in construction / renovation projectsAutoCAD knowledge is a mustExperience in residential and commercial interior renovationPossess good interpersonal and communication skillsSalary range: SGD $4500 to $5500
