Agile / Project Manager Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-time Department: Project Management / PMO / Product / TechnologyAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly organised and delivery-focused Agile / Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects and drive successful implementation of business and technology initiatives. You will oversee project scope, timelines, and resources, while applying Agile methodologies to improve team collaboration, efficiency, and outcomes.This role is ideal for someone with strong project management skills, stakeholder management experience, and familiarity with Agile frameworks.Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & DeliveryDefine project scope, objectives, timeline, and resource requirements.Develop and manage detailed project plans, roadmaps, and execution strategies.Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business goals.2. Agile Execution & FacilitationLead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.Support product owners in backlog prioritisation and requirement refinement.Promote Agile values, practices, and continuous improvement within the team.3. Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams.Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and dependencies.Manage expectations with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.4. Risk, Issue & Dependency ManagementIdentify risks early and develop mitigation plans.Resolve blockers and facilitate collaboration between teams.Track project dependencies and ensure alignment across multiple teams or streams.5. Documentation & ReportingMaintain comprehensive project documentation, sprint reports, and dashboards.Prepare executive updates and performance reviews on project progress.Ensure consistent reporting standards and transparency.6. Leadership & Team EnablementCoach team members on Agile principles and best practices.Encourage a culture of openness, accountability, and collaboration.Support continuous improvement initiatives across the project team or PMO.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.3–7+ years of experience in project management, Agile delivery, or PMO roles.Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, Monday.com).Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Preferred QualificationsCertification: PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, PSM, or SAFe.Experience working in software, digital transformation, or technology-led projects.Familiarity with modern product development and engineering processes.Experience coordinating cross-regional or multi-country project teams.Why Join UsLead impactful, cross-functional projects at scale.Work collaboratively with high-performing teams in Singapore and the APAC region.Career progression to Senior Project Manager, Agile Coach, Program Manager, or PMO Lead.Dynamic and flexible work environment that values innovation and growth.
