Join us in our mission to ensure that every person has access to affordable and accessible mental health care.About The RoleWe’re looking for a growth project manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and help build a strong foundation for sustainable growth at PsychPlus. In this role, you will lead projects that expand our reach and improve patient access to care through coordinated marketing and operational initiatives. You will partner with our growth agency and internal teams to plan, organize, and oversee key efforts that support patient acquisition and brand visibility. From launching new programs to improving existing processes, you will ensure every project runs smoothly—on time, on budget, and with measurable results. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to new ideas, collaborating across teams, and driving meaningful impact in the mental health space.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage growth-driven projects across marketing, operations, and clinical teams, ensuring alignment with patient acquisition and engagement goals.Oversee digital marketing efforts including paid campaigns, SEO, and website optimization while collaborating with agencies to improve visibility and conversion performance.Develop impactful PowerPoint presentations and reports that translate data and performance insights into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.Coordinate testing and conversion optimization strategies, managing project timelines, deliverables, and communication across stakeholders.Build and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance metrics, evaluate ROI, and identify opportunities for continued growth and improvement.Requirements2–4 years of experience in project management, growth, or marketing within healthcare, agency, or startup environments.Advanced PowerPoint and presentation skills with a talent for visual storytelling and executive communication.Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO platforms) and performance analytics.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently.Passionate about mental health care and committed to driving meaningful, patient-centered growth.PerksOur goals are to find the best, attract the best, and offer a competitive salary—which is why we prioritize the quality of the hire over the number of hires. However, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience. Further, base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Psychplus Health-sponsored benefits.So—what do you think?If you’ve made it this far, well, we’re excited to meet you too.
